We give employment priority to the descendants of the thousands of Croatians who once sought new life opportunities in those distant lands.

ABOUT US

We are Mariana and Damián, with almost two decades of media experience and an extensive network of contacts in Croatia, Latin America and beyond. Informally, we have helped young Latin Americans find employment in Croatia, which has allowed us to gain a reputation that is now the pillar of our company.

Our goal is to LINK talented workers with companies from various sectors. We were born in Argentina with Croatian roots, and we have lived in Croatia for 20 years. Our work experiences, both good and bad, motivate us to ensure that companies find quality staff and that workers enjoy exceptional work experiences.
